Accessing the website and hosting

When you access the website, the technical operator of the delivery environment routinely processes data needed to provide and secure it. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested file, the volume of data transferred, browser and operating-system information, and the referrer.

Processing takes place to provide the website securely and reliably, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is protecting and operating the service reliably. Log data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for this purpose.

Film and local browser data

The film on the landing page is delivered from this service. The landing page does not use analytics or marketing services and does not load external fonts.

If you pause the film yourself, the landing page remembers that choice in the session storage of the open tab. This information is deleted when that session is closed. The separately opened demo may read previously stored furniture variants from local storage and, in response to your interaction, remembers the selected door display. These settings remain until the website data is deleted.

The storage access serves the playback or display function you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); it is not used for advertising or user profiles. Where personal data is processed in this context, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is providing these control functions. You can delete this information at any time in your browser settings through the website data. This resets saved variants and display choices.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you send us, including your email address and message, to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation you have requested.

Where you request a quotation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you write to us as a contact person for a company and do not request a quotation for yourself, we base the processing on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling business enquiries. Recipients may include technical service providers we use for email and IT operations; they receive the data only to provide their services.

We retain your enquiry until it has been dealt with and there are no longer any legitimate retention interests or legal obligations preventing deletion. We do not require mandatory information beyond the email address needed to respond.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.

For this purpose, you can contact info@nextech-fusion.com . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority.

This service does not involve automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
